The Women’s Cell at Loyola Degree College is dedicated to promoting gender equality, safety, and empowerment of women on campus. It creates a supportive and inclusive environment where female students and staff feel secure, respected, and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The cell organizes awareness programs, workshops, seminars, and cultural activities that focus on gender sensitization, women’s rights, self-defense, health, and leadership development. It also addresses grievances, harassment complaints, and other issues with sensitivity, confidentiality, and prompt action. By actively engaging students in discussions and initiatives, the Women’s Cell fosters confidence, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility among women.
