The Internal Complaints Cell at Loyola Degree College is dedicated to addressing grievances, complaints, and concerns related to harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment within the college. The cell ensures a confidential, impartial, and effective redressal mechanism, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.

It organizes awareness programs and guidance sessions to educate students and staff about rights, responsibilities, and grievance procedures. The cell plays a vital role in fostering trust, accountability, and integrity on campus.
