The counter ensures regularity and punctuality by monitoring attendance, updating class registers, and sending monthly attendance reports directly to students via WhatsApp.
During admissions, it collects all required certificates and carefully maintains them for institutional records. The counter is also responsible for preparing Transfer Certificates (TCs), Conduct Certificates, and Student ID cards in coordination with the Vice Principal. Furthermore, it issues other college-related certificates after obtaining the Principal’s signature, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, timely, and properly authenticated.
